Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ck786's total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ck786 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by You: You may close your ck786 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard processing window.

Termination by ck786: ck786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
